Constructed of magnetic metal, on loop for suspension from its period original ribbon with horizontal pinback, the obverse bearing a raised NSDAP style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, in front of a column topped by Olympic rings and within a date of 1936, the reverse bearing a raised inscription of FR VERDIENSTVOLLE MITARBEIT BEI
